Like the lakeside manor hotel - it is located on lough ramor. The well kept landscaped gardens alone are well worth the visit. The park hotel has its own 9 hole golf course and 15 miles of scenic walking trails. On the accomodation side the park hotel has 26 guestrooms and 3 well appointed double rooms (at Bective Court building which is about 100 yards from the hotel and comes with its own secure parking. The park hotel has 4 suites which have great views of the lake every guest room is decorated with its own unique charm and warmth. Four Lake View Suites have great views of the lake (as the description would suggest) and for that special occasion one of these 4 suites has its own private balcony.
Dining at the park hotel
The Marquis Dining Room at the park hotel has earned a reputation as being one of the most architecturally striking dining rooms in Ireland and serves contemporary European cuisine. This room used to be the formal dining room for the Marquis of Headford’s hunting estate and now befitting the surroundings it is a rosette award wining restaurant.
Since it is owned and operated by Baltimore International College (one of America’s top Culinary Training institutes), you can be assured of that the cuisine will be on par with highest Internation standards. It is standard practice here to use organic herbs and produce from the estate greenhouse, gardens and orchard – offering a unique in season culinary experience. Dress for the experience as this is a formal dining room and has a semi-formal dress code.
