In order to call an Irish mobile from the US you will need to dial 011 to get out of the US, then 353 to get into Ireland and then dial the Irish mobile or cell number (without the first 0). If the mobile number you are trying to call is for example 086-xxx-xxxx (where x is a number from 0 to 9) then the full number to call will be 011 353 86 xxx xxxx. Note that there are three main mobile networks in Ireland. Vodafone, 02 and Meteor. Vodafone numbers begin with 087, 02 with 086 and Meteor numbers with 085.
